Let’s get Started:

Card Base: 4.25 x 11, scored and folded at 5.5

Navy Border Layer: 4.25 x 5.5

Gold Border Layer: 3.25 x 5.5 **

Card Face: 3 x 5.5

Card Face:

  • After laying the card face on the Grip Mat, I brushed on navy blue ink across the exposed areas, building up the intensity until I was satisfied.

  • I removed the stencil, and ran the card face through an embossing folder to provide subtle texture.

Assembly

  • I glued the navy layer onto the card base.

  • I glued the gold border layer on top of this, centering vertically.

  • I glued the card face onto the gold, again centering vertically.

  • I added small gold pearls to the tree,

Final Thoughts:

Such a fun and fast card, with a definite masculine vibe.

Changing the colours would make this work for anyone!
