Let’s get started:-
Card Base: 5.5 x 8.5, scored and folded at 4.25
Blue Layer: 5.5 x 4.25
Card Face: 5.5 x 3.25
2 gold stirps, 5..5 x ⅛”
Card Face:
This stencil has 6 women - so deciding which 3 to use took a moment. In the end, I decided to use the 3 that make up the bottom row.
I put the card face onto the Grip Mat and positioned the stencil.
I masked off the top row and applied soft green ink across the openings.
I selected an embossing folder with a subtle texture, inserted the card face, and ran both through the Big Shot.
Other:
I inserted the narrow gold strips into the same folder and ran them through the Big Shot.
I stamped the sentiment and used a circular die to cut it out.
Assembly:
I glued the blue layer to the card base, and added the card face on top of that., centering horizontally.
I glued the gold strips on either side of this, butting them up snugly against the card face.
I put dimensional foam on the back of the sentiment and placed it on the card face as shown.
Final Thoughts
This stencil is a favourite of mine, with 6 women unabashedly expressing their joy. I quite like the simplicity of this card, as it allows the impact of the card to be their joy.
